Miheleu is a small village in  Bihor the North West Romania. It is administrated from Lazareni. A while back, that is in the 1970s Miheleu was an administrative centre, but due to the nationalisation process the people moved away and the village lost its economic and administrative influence. Even in the 1980s there was still a small administrative office from where the local cooperative farm was run. Adject to the administrative office there was a town hall who was put to good use up untill the 1980s, when it become derelict.
